Aut9mated call supposedly representing depth of treasury claiming a lawsuit filed against persson with same name.

Called number back. Indian man answered. Area code is Newhat York City. A friend of mine scammed out of 200.00.

Same trick iRS lawsuit. Call them back and Jack with them. Waste their time. One time they answered and said it wasn't the iRS.

Caller identified themselves as an agent for the IRS Department of the Treasury. Told me that they were filing suit and going to arrest me for delinquent tax. Said his name was "Michael Day". Had a thick Middle Eastern accent.

I'm going to harass the hell out of them, and have myself some fun! Impersonating a federal agent is a Federal offense and a felony.

Did you ever stop to think they spoofed the number? They you would be guilty of harassing innocent people. You would be no better than the original scum.
