Called twice and left messages about my home energy application. They wanted me to provide a cleared check to a bill via a 212 fax number. I did file an application recently but there are a few suspicious things about this. They never asked for a cleared check on a bill before, they called from a 929 number which when called back voicemail was full and the forwarding number didn't work, googling the number didn't link it back to anything about the home energy application and they didn't call me during the time specified on the application.
