Similar experience, Alexis calls, very pushy, almost intimidating to someone who isn't familiar with these aggressive sales tactics. When I pushed her for info she got rude with me. Companies like this should be ashamed with the sales tactics they employ, its almost bullying. She took advantage of the owners lack of understanding and abused it.
I recieved the same call from Alexis. I do not believe she is from constant contact. I called constant contact and they don't know about calls line these. I called her back and cancelled my 15 min meeting to update my info because obviously i can update these things myself. She got rude and said no you can't update your own information since its on the back end and my information is on sites that i dont know about. I told her is its that small of a listing im not going to concern myself with it and ill update my own info she got upset and said whatever its your business. Such a shame that people try so hard to take advantage of people.
