My mom received this call and they left the most ridiculous and fake sounding voicemail about her owing money to the Treasury Dept. One part of it said "If you don't call back, all we can do is wish you luck as this situation totally unfolds on you" ... the message was a computerized voice. I used to work at a law firm that dealt with businesses that owed back taxes to the states and IRS and we used to hear about these scam calls all the time. DO NOT give them any personal information.
I received a call from this number saying i have unpaid debt to IRS and they will send police to arrest me if I don't call them back. This is scam! IRS doesn't contact anyone like this from what I am told.

Another note to add, the IRS will NOT contact you over the phone. If you do in fact owe money to the IRS you will receive copious amounts of letters in the mail. They do not show up at your doorstep and arrest you.
