I got a phone call from this number and he said his name was Anthony Davis and he asked for my husband well my husband wasn't home at the time so I asked how could I help him and he told me that he was calling from some law firm that he hard got a loan and never paid it well when my husband came home he called them and they told my husband that he got a loan before December f last year from Texas well before December of last year we lived in Georgia we didn't move to Texas until this year he said that he owns 342.00 my husband said that he wasn't going to pay it and they told him that he would have a court date and that he need a lawyer my husband said well I don't need no lawyer cause he never got a LAN and never has had a loan so we told them take us to. Court we will fight it anyways the next day I get another call from a different number and they said we had a 250.00 loan and it was put into our bank well I called the bank and there was no loan n there it is all a scam but they got alot of our information so now I want to know what I can do to prosecute them for identity theft

Also I tried to get them to FAX me the paper work they had and they told me that they couldn't do that really do these people really think that everybody is stupid
Keep getting these calls for ???? I asked them to fax me some paperwork...they hang up! I have been threatened with everything from jail to law suits to losing my job, et.etc..who are these people?? Same voice as another number from Texas and South Carolins, atty anthony davis, and a 206 number (seattle) from some "Officer" from debt department. It's all the same guy how many friggin' cellphones does he have?!?!?!
This is atty Anthony Davies we are a legal law firm. Who ever you are joj Just give your Right name so that we can know that whether a legal action is take against you or its still pending. I Don't have to prove myself you just take care of yourself

THAT I OWE A PAYDAY LOAN, WHEN I ASK THE DATE OF THE LOAN TO MAKE SURE THE FUNDS WENT INTO MY ACCOUNT,HE SAYS HE DOES NOT HAVE THAT INFORMATION AND SEND ME A ( LEGAL NOTIFICATION) SAYING THEYWRE PRESSING CHARGES PER CASH ADVANE USA FOR A CERTAIN RIDICULAS AMOUNT AND WERE GOING TO INFORM MY JOB AND THE LOCAL SHERIFF, I CANNOT VERIFY IF HE IS FOR REAL OR NOT OR IF THIS IS A SCAM, I DO NOT BELIVE I OWE THIS MONEY UNLESS HE CAN PROVE IT.THIS GUY IS IN NEWYRORK AND I AM IN TEXAS.
