Debt collector calling to advise he needed to talk to someone (no one I knew) immediately re a "serious" matter...and that the matter was going to be turned over to some other group immediately (to which I thought - then why call me if it's out of your hands). None the less his attempts to sound officious and threatening were diluted by his stupid story and at making what I guess he thought was some ominous line of baloney. I answered the call once but when I advised I was not the person he sought and they didn't live at my number, he still called back repeatedly. I get that he probably gets a lot of that, but I assume he has to make so many calls a day just to get paid....but it's not my problem dude. He should do a better job and find whoever it is he's looking for otherwise he's going to find himself getting calls from debtors himself when he stops getting paid for harassing others.
Same as above called yesterday at 8:14 am two times threatening my husband saying wrong bad checks bottom feeder and should be reported no name no company and no case stop this harassment and threats.
If its the same person his name is Craig Madison the supposed company Is mccarver king and services bad cash advance loans bad checks on a closed account... I'm doing research now. The guy is rude and does not tell you his name of the company... its a scam.
Same person just called me staying I had an unpaid loan over 10 years ago and he contacted my employer and they are cooperating to have me picked up and I can serve up to 2 years in jail if I didn't pay NOW! Then he proceeded to tell me in a rude manner that I sound like I'm not trying to resolve this and he is pushing forward to have me arrested. I was about to pay over the phone if my boss didn't come in. Then I thought to myself, I thought I paid it! So as he proceeded to talk trying to set up payment I hung up because he was being aggressive. I'm doing research on my old loan and if indeed I defaulted, I will make arrangements with the company not HIM!
