this guy was indian ,,, saying i owed money to a payday loan company .i told him he got the wrong # then he tried to get my info like adress and personal info this is a total scam. WTF he needs to get a real job
A Indian guy strong acient call telling me he is from Brown & Smith law firm and they are going to take me to court over payday loans.I told him to send me something in the mail with his name and company phone # and address. He in return ask me for my info. I then told him you should have my info if you are taking me to court. He hung up and I have not gotten a call from him since. That is a SCAM...
I got the same call today. He has a very strong Indian acent. He said he was from Don and Schmidt law firm and they are going to take me to court and garnish my wages. I dont have a payday loan. He would't give me any information. He just wanted my information. If he is suing me he sould have all this information. This is a SCAM!!!!!!!
The SCAM calls seem to be a regular thing anymore. Sometimes two - four per week. Had one from some rude guy that said he was taking me to court for an outstanding loan What an idiot he was, I do NOT have any outstanding loans.He's welcome to send me a threatenning letter, the Post Office suddenly can't seem
to deliver my mail to my address after living the same place more than two years now Tryed to tell me that I have an outsanding loan with Midland Credit.. I never of them but he gave me a case # 145926...
