Called three times in past two hours on landline, no one at other end. Third time, I just answered and immediately hung up. Will not take further calls from this number, and have no friends, relatives, or business dealings with anyone from Staten Island.
I receive calls from this number throughout the day. They do not speak and when I repeat "hello" they hang up. I have decided to just let it go to voicemail. It is beginning to feel like harassment.
