I'm a victim to a cyber stalker who has been a serious threat to me and my family none stop since April 2014. We have the persons whom are and have committed these criminal crimes, only waiting there arrest as it's a process and investigators are keeping track of those individuals as their are about, seven of them whom were paid to do wrong doing to me and my family.
I just received a call from this number and the guy started rambling on about how he was from the civil department... And that an officer has tried to serve papers... And then I hung up. I don't understand how "businesses" can do this to people?
