this number was use to log in to my AT&T account and i dont know that number and that number used to change everything in my account .So i wanna know who own this number .

Chances are it would do no good to get the info on a number as illegal callers tend to use spoofed numbers. They have also been known to use and abuse real people and business's names & numbers which makes them a victim also for the nasty calls they then get.

Have you notified AT&T , because they will have to investigate so they can stop the illegal log in on your account.

Also, what "account" are you talking about?

If a cell phone account, you might have account-stealing keylogging malware on the cell phone.

If an account accessible over the Internet from any computer ( via att.com ) then your computer might have account-stealing keylogging malware on it.
