Saw my cell phone ringing. Declined call since I do not know anyone in New York. Pretty sure it's just another stupid scam artist. Blocked the number. Looked it up. Thanks Brenda for your input. Don't waste your time answering, but I would suggest you block the number.
It appears these morons on rob-calling and trying to sell you a security system. Legit companies will display their name and won't hang-up and leave no message when the recorder kicks in. The caller ID actually said: LOCAL. And, who really knows if that's all they want. Before you know it, they'll be acting slick and getting personal info. If I do need a new(er) security system, I'll be the one calling legit companies thru Angie's List. Well, this one will go into the SENTRY Call Blocker... Best investment I ever made...
