So I get 3 calls from this number yesterday, look up the area code and the only things I can find is wikipedia saying it "usually relates to the government of Canada" and a wachovia website linking it somehow to Libya. Out of curiousity, I scroll through my caller ID for the past week and a slew of unknown numbers pop up. Look up those area codes and they seem to not exist! WTHeck is going on??
