It's the "energy rate hike" scam. AGAIN! Every time I block one of their numbers, they call on another. This is the 8th number I've blocked in 6 days!!!! I finally did the bad thing and answered to press the number not to receive calls from them anymore. I know it probably won't work but getting desperate this week. Between blocking them and the computer virus scammers my blocker is going to fill up!!!

Some woman offering me lower electric rates. I just hung up when I heard 'lower electric rates' & 'Obama Program' I don't know if 'Obama' really offered some kind of energy cost reduction program but I get calls like this all the time, all different numbers, male & female callers so it's not even the same recording. I think if 'Obama' really did have a program to lower Electra test we would have heard about it from normal sources (government sources?). Final note on this one. I live in NJ & have a lot of friends in NY which is where the call came from so I called the number back & got the phone company recording telling me the number was not in service. A legitimate company wouldn't call from a spoofed number. They must be making money from this scam because of the sheer number of calls about 'electric rates'.
