Same message as posted 16-MAR-2016 except from Rick at Unified Process Services. Said it was important regarding a complaint and asked for the identification required when I called their office back at 844-220-5115.
Based on other comments this is a scam and I will not be calling them. Unless I want to offer them some choice words which would probably only make it worse.
