Identified himself as a medical specialist then: Can you hear me? Answered No...he repeated again answered no...he repeated again answered no..he hung up...I suspect  he is trying to get a "Yes" answer.  There is a scam going around to this effect so I suggest you not answer "Yes" its best to simply hang up..
