On 12/10/10 I received a call from the aforementioned phone number and nobody spoke to me. Furthermore, I also received the message that the number in question was not a working phone number.
Received a call requesting to speak to my accounting dept. from 936-212-6886; I played dumb and proceeded to take a message (they had no idea they were speaking to the firm's CEO). The individual I spoke to had a thick accent, gave me an 800 number to reach them at and said to have the accountant call back regarding a light bill. When I asked what it was in reference to the individual would not say and then hung up. My advice, if you see this incoming number on your VoIP system, just ignore.
I also get phone calls from this unidentified number. If I don't recognize the number I don't answer. They don't leave messages and I have never called back. I just don't want to be bothered with the schemes these days. I have had my online video game hacked already twice and was able to recover everything without any problems. I'm about ready to change my phone number.
Always Answer These Types Of Calls - They Have To Pay For Completed Call. Keep Them Talking As Long As Possible With Fake Info So They Have To Pay More.
