Pending case against me

Said it was a Mediation Services and there was a Pending case against me on a payday loan taken out in 2012 which they can't tell me what company that it is.

They are criminals pretending to be debt collectors.  They will try to convince you that you can buy your way out of an arrest.  Just ignore them.

I was told I had a pending litigation and that I owe a balance of certain amount, but they can't tell me who, that it was some payday loan back in 2011.  Told her they have to send me something in writing first and she said no they didn't.

Same thing happened to me..
