Message said "Congratulations! You recently applied for a loan and have been approved for up to $1000". Obviously, I didn't answer as I didn't recognize the number, and I'm certainly not going to call some random number to get a loan over the phone unless I called them first (NOT!). Blocked the caller. Again!
