Who called from 9362913700

This number calls multiple times a day and hangs up right after I answer. I have it under my auto reject list now, and these ppl r still calling. How do I find out who this is?

I got a call from this number on 17 Dec.  The gentlemen stated that he worked for something called "Legal Shill" services.  He stated that he had received my name from an inquiry that I had placed on some website this morning, he could not tell me what this website is.  Every time I requested more information, he hung up on me.  The number is listed in Huntsville, TX according to my phone.  I checked my email account and somehow this guy had gotten my email and cellphone number, but would not say how.  Check your email if he calls you, check to see if you have started to receive a bunch of solicitation from other places such as Phoenix University, etc.  This is not a legitimate service.

Recieving calls from the number wont answer them unless I have bluetooth on and cant see phone but want it to stop the dont say anythig just hangup

it is rediculous that people can call you like this and then hang up on you. why is this phone number still in existance if this is what is going on?
