I rcvd a call from them today, I acted like it was not me, then the guy with broken english asked me to go to my room, and if i was home. I told him that i would call the police he said don't be shy. I hung up on him. gave me the eibee jibiees.

A person sounding like a male has been calling my # for over 2 years. He stopped after a year. He is back. He is asking for someone that my# does not belong to. This "India" sounding male is a lunatic. I said to him; "I'm sorry but you have the wrong #." He then mocked me! I said why do you keep calling when you have the wrong #? He never says why or where he is calling from. He is vulgar & totally crazy. I am sure someone pays this "Outsource Company" and they probably have no idea that these psychos don't even do what it is they are suppose top be doing. if I ever find out they will have a fat lawsuit. Any lawyers out there interested in tackling this one? I called the # and it said it was Magic Jack. Oh brother. Do not talk to this person & do not give them any in information!
Everyone needs to report all these telemarketers, scamers, frauders, etc. to the FCC so they will be hopefully forced to pay fines of about $500 per violation when found guilty in court. The more they have to pay the FCC the less money these companies will have to pay individual employees to harass, steel, and victimize people. I would suggest reporting them on a daily basis until they stop calling. I would even go so far as to tell them that if they don't stop calling that they will be reported to the FCC on a daily basis and do what you tell them until they stop calling. If we all do this we stand a better chance of these companies being forced to stop these activities, stop the harassing daily multi calls, get these businesses shut down permanently, big fines administered, and maybe even get laws passed to correct this harassment and victimization of people these callers inflict. Things you can try to also stop these calls after reporting them to the FCC are recording the out of order tones and recording on your message machine or voice mail or taking an Airhorn and blowing it right on your phone's mouth piece and then hang up, or Blowing a shrill whistle as loud as possible in to their ear.
Got about 5 missing calls from my phone yesterday. When I call back the number isn't able to receive voice mails. Any reputable company would leave message and or have a way to get back to them
