Who called from 9364832979

I was getting calls from this number. My phone doesnt have the blocking option, but I set the ringer type to go directly to voicemail, and they never leave a message.

Called cell. No msg. Another scam blocked.

Called again even tho # is blocked. Spoofed #.

Received this number, ignored it, got a 2 sec silent voicemail, and almost immediately got another call from an "Unknown Number," with no voicemail.
