called: 'hello' seniors....recorded message...so sick of this. They are calling from a different phone # every time. I am keeping a list of these phone #'s. 936-495-8708...the other call was on 5/19/2015 from 202-706-5642. What can we do to stop this annoying phone call?????

Welcome to the world of CPE ("Customer Provided Equipment"), such as VOIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol) devices that are similar in size/shape/function to the wired/wireless "router" on your home's computer network.
Such devices can be programmed to show _ANY_ telephone-number and/or Caller-ID information, and that is what the robocaller has done.
Received one of those "Hello, seniors!" calls a few minutes ago.
After I followed their "press 1" instructions, the line went dead, i.e., "hang-up".
Their robo-dialer must be dialing too fast -- in their "pool" of minimum-wage call-center employees, all of them must be "busy with other customers". So, nobody available to pickup.
