This is also a more benign foot-in-the-door sales trick of ABC/others that takes a lot of time while they explain ALL their jack-of-all-trades (master of none) services, e.g. yardwork, christmas lighting, pest control, etc. They hire guys that are not expert enough to offer these services as their own business = gofers turned loose on you.
