Most likely spoofed robo caller with phony caller ID from lowlife overseas.
Caller ID is definitely not AT&T and probably by, at best, someone who gets a commission from signing up persons to AT&T; and at worst, someone trying for identity theft.
Don't do business with these scum. Robocalls and false caller ID are independent violations of FTC rules, in addition to DNC violation.

They've been calling for months, even though I blocked them a long time ago. Obviously a robocall, since a live human being would have figure out a long time ago that they weren't ever going to get through, and the real AT&T would have found an alternate method of initiating contact.
