I have been getting calls from this number too they usually hang up on me without saying anything this last time they asked for me then I heard the caller saying to someone "I got it wrong" and then hung up wish they would quit calling..I get at least 5 or 6 calls per day from this #
I just got a call from this number, third time this week. They said it was the "Education Autority" and it had to do with college plans. Apprently i filled out a survey (which i dont remember doing) asking them to call me for more information. So, if you filled out any kind of online survey it's possible they got it from there.
