Caller had extremely low audio. Asked the young man to speak up or increase his microphone setting. Heard allot of noise and the speech became garbled and the call went dead. As a small business, we are relocating due to our lease is soon to expire. We decided to terminate our cable contract and go with a much cheaper internet wireless service, Clear Channel. Ever since then, Time Warner keeps on calling on a daily basis. To bad they weren't this attentive to us when we were their paying customer.

After 2 weeks of no at&t service center calls guess who called me today. If you guess at&t service center you are correct. Since I do not answer any at&t service center call, any unknown calls or calls with area codes I do not know it went to the answering machine. Of course no message was left, if it was something important a message would be left. Since I do not live in Texas and No message SCAM CALL.
