Constant phone calls from 937-226-9968. Something to due with Dayton Daily News subscription. 3 calls in 4 hours, been going on for 6 months after I cancelled
This number calls me once or twice a day and when I answer nobody says anything. I see on here that it's the DDN which I guess is why I've been getting these calls for a couple of weeks. That's about the time I didn't renew my subscription.
Cancelled my Dayton Daily News subscription last week, which was very hard to do. The retention rep was very insistent and kept ignoring my instructions to simply cancel the paper. I acknowledged that I realized he was just doing his job, but that I no longer wanted the paper. He just kept right on trying to convince me to say. I finally had to practically yell at him to get him to understand that I no longer wanted the paper. He was so insistent that I called back the next day just to verify he really did cancel it (he did). Now, I have various people calling me daily about renewing. I'm just going to ignore the calls.
Same here Sheila. The retention rep behaved the same way, which is completely understandable. However, these spam calls are incessant and annoying. Luckily, it is very easy to block a call on an iPhone.
