Received robocall at 10:36AM. Caller ID listed "Neff Packaging". Recorded female voice with no detected foreign accent said it was about credit card and needed to enter "9" to speak with rep. I entered "9" and immediately a live male voice with foreign accent came on line. Told him to stop calling and that I was making complaint with FTC. Subject then hung up on me.
