Same thing happen to me. They gave their name and phone number and said to call them back. I have no idea who this person is or how they obtained my cell phone number.
I got a call from this number too. Said "(my name), please call Mike Smith. 937.299.6654." Then repeated his name and phone number.
I called the number and it does not state who you are calling. Just says your call will be recorded for quality assurance. I stayed on the line long enough to try to figure out who I would be transferred to. When someone comes on the line, they just say "Good morning".

Got a call from "Mike Smith" same as everyone else. When I called back an automated message said they were closed and told me their hours etc. Also called my grandpa saying it was a legal matter.
