Get calls every other week from different numbers, and different companies. This one was from a Jonathan Gates. Company called CR management... Payday loan from 2010 ...last one was from 2008 ... Funny thing the bank account they all kept referring to was closed in 2007!! Talked to a Michael Walker who gave their Corporate address as a p.o. box in Phoenix Az? Really !! These calls are originating supposedly from Dayton Ohio . looked up this company on Dayton's BBB page ...no listing! Left a complaint with them.
Called stating pay day loan from Access Holding and there was never a loan with this company and they could NOT give me the name of the Payday Loan company that I was to have the loan from, just a balance. They also left messages in my son's cell phone ( I have no clue how they got his cell number) stating they were trying to reach me in regards to a legal matter. That is against the Law! No creditor can state any personal business - I am filing a complaint with the BBB and anyone else that received any calls from them should do this also! This is a scam company!!!
