This same number called me. I'm up at 0400 for my job with the army every morning and every day I get this number calling me. I never pick up because I'm from Tennessee and this is an Ohio number. Well regardless the next day I get an email about a loan with that number and some hajji Joe won't leave me alone. They went from cops to loan phishers. Just great. I called em back asked for the exact address of the loan broker and a number nothing so I reported it. Seems to be a common occurrence. Very thick accent. Same M.O.
