Caller ID says -- incorrectly -- that the call is "out of area." Therefore, that's a first clue a clown-robocaller is up to no good. Fortunately, even though this was a new call to me, my online call-blocking service stopped the caller, which means they already knew the caller was full of it (without my having to report the number). So if you get a call from this number, BLOCK it. Also, the notorious "Rachel from cardholder services" has been spoofing the 937 Area Code lately, which is another tip-off the call could be one of those spammers.
