The female caller said that she was with AmVets and that they would be around on the 21st to pick up donations. When I asked who she was again she got frustrated and said louder "AmVets, the place that gives things to military members.'
A couple calls today. Caller ID says M. Mahoning. Most likely is Amvets. Individuals call me every so often probably because I have donated items to them before. A legitimate organization and they have never been rude or obnoxious although perhaps a little persistent some times.
