GE Capital bank. Just got a new work cell and they were calling as soon as I tuned on my phone. I have never had an account with them - plus I have not yet given out this number and it's not registered to me (work phone)

In these 10 calls they never left a message. I finally call the number back. After holding for a few seconds I get someone in India who I can barley hear and she can barley hear me. I'm shouting into the phone to be loud enough. She asks for my account number. I tell her I don't have one. She asks for my social security number - I'm not about to give that out. I explain again that I don't have an account there and they are calling my work cell that I just got. She asks for my name. "Matthew". She can't hear me. Can you say that again? "Matthew". Can you spell that Please? "M a t t h e w." She asks me to spell it again. "M like Michael, A like Alpha, T like tango, T like tango, H like hotel, E like echo, W like whiskey." She didn't catch that, can I please spell it again? "M like Michael, A like Alpha, T like tango, T like tango, H like hotel, E like echo, W like whiskey." (the whiskey I'm really wanting now). She spells is back Mahel? I give up - yes that is my name. Mahel.....
She transfers me to her supervisor who can at least hear me. He confirms a couple of times that I do not have an account with GE Capital and then asks how long I've been receiving calls. I explain again. He says he'll take me off of their call list and I should not receive any more calls. We'll see. But if I do get more I will be reporting the number.
Yes;they arr GE money ! And yes they drive me crazy !!!!!!all because a weak moment when I had to get my oldest childs wisdom teeth all 4 removed from his mouth!!!!!! Had no idea it would cost my over $3, 000 !! Of course if you don't have perfect credit you will have to quallify for care credit.I recieved 2 cards one each with a thousand dollars then had to pay $3, 500 cash out of my own pocket.my son has since paid his part but.I'm struglling to finish mine. So you are saying that it cost $7,500 to remove all 4 teeth? That sounds a tad bit excessive. Even the $3,000 sounds high. a web search of average costs lists that $3,000 as a little over the highest charges.
We owe nothing. We got 10 phone calls from this caller starting at 8:00 in the morning yesterday. Today is Sunday and at 8:00 it started again. This is on my landline.
