Who called from 9375831983

calls 2 t0 3 times a day . leaves no message

Calls from this number about once a week.. No message is left.. Calls during my work hours so can not answer..

Received two similar calls today, first from 937-583-1927, second from 937-583-1983.  Same voice said, "This is Joe, recording this call.  Can you hear me?" first time, "This is Joe, can you hear me now?" second time.  I hung up both times.  This may be the scam where they record you saying, "Yes" then use it to assert you affirm things you which you have not authorized.
