Just called...again...asked for someone by first name and when I asked who was speaking they hung up! So I doubt very much this is the National Police Association. Probably a scammer.
Since my online call-blocking service automatically blocked the caller using this number, you can be sure the call was of the "another day, another line of baloney" type of call. (They use other numbers from the same Area Code, please note.)
