This number was on the caller ID -There WAS a message left.  A really, really bad spliced message about some case and blacklisted and blah blah blah.  REALLY badly put together.  Please call  412-943-5289 right away.  No. Will be posting with the 412 number.

I have been a Credit Manager over 30 years of my professional life.  I have worked for well established Collection Agencies for the State and County.  These calls are illegal and can be prosecuted if you want to take the time and spend the money.  The IRS would not call you.  THIS IS A SCAM

scam?  VM to call re: case immediately....I lead a very dull life but am surprised my cell # was reached.  Few have it.
