Who called from 9376629956

I have received multiple calls from this number.  The caller never leaves a message.   Legitimate callers leave messages.  This call is suspicious.  Beware!

First got a call from 662-9954, now -9956
no message, just hang ups

Same complaint as those above.  Several calls, no message left.

Male caller said he was representing "Charity Promotions"

Guy called from this number. Machine picked up and he said "Hi is Freddy there?" knew me by name. I don't know who this is.
