Got a text from this number that said "Hello ;)" I searched online first before replying and saw this page. When I saw the people here saying it was some idiot trying to get money, I replied "Kill yourself." About 10 minutes later got the response "My names Brookes 24/female." Obviously a bot. I replied "You're in Dayton, how about I report your number to Dayton police? I know you're a bot but I heard mentioning the cops will make you shut up." This was based on what Ash, above, said. And as he claimed, the texts stopped. I guess the bot is programmed to stop responses when the word "police" or similar is used. So just text "police" back and it'll stop.
I just got a message from Brooklyne...she said 24/f. I posted back before checking on here...and told her she got ahold of the wrong person that I'm with the police dept. Hahaha...wonder what she thought of that one.
