They received your number through an open records request (Public information). If your county or any business that reports info to your county [i.e mortgage company], and they maintain your phone number; therefore it becomes public record.

Replied to my Kijji ad wanting to buy my boat; wrong country so I figure there will be more emails. Later I recieved a email saying I have a voice reply to Kijji but Kijji does not have voice service. So what is next????
