I don't know anyone in this area & I have no business dealings with anyone in this area. It's either a prank caller or some business trying to create business. I never asked a company to call me in the first place.
Call from Direct TV saying since I was a loyal customer, I was selected to receive STARS for $13.99 a month bla-bla-bla. The girl speaks fast and I listen slowly. All of a sudden she was thanking me and telling me to enjoy STARS before I could accept or reject the offer. I yelled at her, got her attention, and told her I DID NOT WANT STARS OR ANY OTHER PREMIUM CHANNEL. She said she didn't understand why I didn't want it. The conversation went on for about a minute until I told her SHE could put it on HER credit card and then I hung up.
I'm about ready to tell DIRECT TV where they can put their equipment and "service" and switching back to TW. TW is a little more expensive but I've always had good service and reception and no fast talking callers trying to sign me up for services I don't want.
