Caller ID look up says Tri State Insurance

Will be reporting company to do not call as I'm on that list & have not contacted any company about insurance of any kind.

My caller ID on phone said Tri State Insurance aka Armold Chris Agency-Allstate Insurance, Miamisburg, OH

They admit they are cold calling in the Columbus area. They claim that they are using a list which was compared with the National Do Not Call Center.

Filled out an esurance information...I think this is Allstate.

I also received an unsolicited message from this caller, identified as Tony Peh of Tri-State Insurance, supposedly in response to my request for a quote on auto insurance.  I made no such request and am on the Do Not Call List.
