Collection agency.  It called me because I have the same last name as these 2 people did, He named a woman & a man both.  I don't know the 2 people he asked me about.  But I didn't call this number, it said to call their toll free number instead which was 888-794-3848.
Looks like they're going thru the phone book calling everyone under the sun with the same last name trying to hung these 2 people down.
