Who called from 9379720887

Black man calls & says "Hey man, this is Tom, is Mike around?"
This is the same black man with the same call from another phone number of 937-972-0933

Some sort of scam call where the caller identifies as "Bill" and he is calling us back to look at our electric bill so he can "Apply some discounts"

I am getting the same message as Berta...Bill asking for our electric bill.  Calls from the 937 number, leaves a return phone number with a 513 area code.  calls at least once a day.  Harassment.

This number (937) comes up on our caller ID and a guy named "Glenn" said we should have a copy of our electric bill ready when we call him so he can apply discounts that we would be entitled to.  He told us to call back on 847-424-0080 (Illinois area code).  Some type of scam.

Caller ID shows call originated from Ohio # (937) 972-0887. Message was not automated, actually sounds like a real person: "Hi there my name is Ben. PLEASE call me back today with a copy of your electric bill so we can apply these savings for you that it looks like you guys might qualify for. I will be at my desk all day today you can call me at my direct number it's 847-423-0080 just takes a few minutes to apply and it's free. Give me call back today." The 847 area code is a local number to me. It serves the northwest suburbs of Chicago.
