I received a call from this number that I didn't answer. When I called the number back, it was out of service. How can the idiots call me, but I can't call them? Scammmmmmmmm for sure!
Starts off the call after you say hello with Are you there? I say hello again and proceeds to say "This is Stan" and then I hung up. Sounds like another scam.

Some guy claiming to be a police officer wanting money. These guys are not real cops and any donation goes 95% to them for getting the money and 5% to the real police foundation. Don't fall for the scam
