I called the number back and a woman said "good morning, this is senior care, how are you?" Not sure who they are or what they represent but I told them I had the wrong number and hung up.

Many thanks to the reporting community who contribute warnings and useful, helpful information. We are our own and only first line of defense and no one should be answering unidentified or unrecognized numbers, even if they appear to be local numbers...they most likely are spoofed.. Just by dialing your number unsolisited, they are in violation of the DNC therefore a scam. The second line of defense is to promptly hang up. Do not respond in any way...not by voice or selection. Third, report.
Called on land line phone. I did not answer and no message was left.
SCAMMING AND PHISHING CAN ONLY SUCCEED IF THERE IS A MARKET; AND THE MARKET NEEDS TO BE EDUCATED AND REMOVED! Be smart and aware. Educate yourself, share and report.
I did not recognize the number, and so I did not answer. No message was left, indicating spam. Thank goodness for caller ID! If you don't have caller ID, I suggest that you obtain it so as not to encourage these b*st*rds.
