Got a call on July 7, 2016. The recording was a lady's voice saying: "Hello. This call is officially a final notice from IRS. Internal Revenue Service. The reason of this call is to inform you that IRS is filing a lawsuit against you. To get more information about this case file, please call immediately on our department number, 941-323-9861." The recording repeated the phone number, then said 'Thank you.'
I've been getting calls similar to this. At first these calls freaked me out, but finding out they're scams (like from this webpage), I hardly give them the time of day now.
