Called and I answered (expecting a call from unknown number). Identified on phone as 'unknown name.' So much static I could not understand a single word - hung up within 10 seconds.
This number, while blocked immediately after the first ring, has called three times just today on May 25. Since it is blocked, I decided to call it back to see what nonsense I would reach. It is the typical "your call cannot be completed as dialed" recording. No matter how many times they call, they will be blocked. It's just sad that they can circumvent their calls to us and other than a blocking service or a call blocker, there is really not much we can do. Had it not been blocked, I still would not have answered it since I do not answer any callers that I do not know.
