It doesn't matter which insurance company you go with, they are all using this type service. You should tell this company that you don't want their calls or their service. You should have also told Aetna to put you on both their internal and external do not call lists. If they hired this company, then i would believe that they are responsible for seeing that you no longer get calls as required by law.

So Aetna is selling my name and my personal information to this unknown organization. The man on the other end of this call could not tell me who owns his company and how they make their money. When I Google the phone number he gave me, it comes up with Asian copy.
Class Action Suit Anyone?
I got a call from 941 799-5523 on Nov-2-2015 and a woman told me "Aetna needs to check your vitals and will send a nurse to your home". I asked her why they don't read my medical records and she said "We want our own nurse to check your vitals". This is some sort of worrisome scam. Aetna should be sued by all of the customers for selling customer's personal information and subjecting them to dangerous scammers like these people.
Tries to call everyday but the number is blocked by CM Security,I also live in Bradenton, and use to have Aetna as my health provider until they tried to raise my premium rates,Thank goodness for call blocker!
I've gotten calls every day for a month. They do not leave a message. I called back during off hours - company is "Your Home Advantage". Researching my Aetna insurance shows these are calls for a home exam. They called THREE times yesterday. I sent e-mail to Aetna to stop ... we'll see.
I was informed by Aetna that they will add my number to their "Do Not Call List" BUT I will continue to get calls from Your Home Advantage unless I speak with them and tell them that I don't want their "service" for a home exam. I'll just keep them on my Reject List and look for another insurance provider. One that doesn't stick me with unwanted calls.
