Who called from 9418009981

If they want to talk to me then they should leave a message, no message means no number to call then I can not call back right

Frequent calls from this number, no message left. Caller ID reads "access data"

Calls very often.  Today they left a mesage repeatedly saying, "Hello, is anybody there."  Without identifying themselves.  Do not answer this number.

Has called twice in the last few days and never leaves a message, if I was home, I would not answer anyway.  What a waste of their time if they can't leave a message.
